Enrolling a child in an acting class is an entertaining way to encourage a child's imagination and engage a child's desire for self-expression. From voice and speech exercises to listening games, young actors develop eloquence and refined communication skills, lifelong assets. Establishing confidence and comfort in his or her own voice, a young actor also learns to understand classic dramatic structure and the importance of individual interpretation.  Through the use of commercial scripts, monologues and scenes, each student develops fluency, literacy and imagination. Improvisation provides ample opportunity for reinforcing elements of drama, incorporating imagination and fine-tuning listening skills.  Kids are allowed to write their own scripts and encouraged to explore cherished characters, story ideas and themes.

This program is designed for the professional child, covering audition techniques and comparing/contrasting between theatre and film and utilizing film production terminology.  We explore exactly what it's like to work as young actors.  An excellent preparation for kids pursuing both theatre and on-camera auditions, but also a rich and rewarding experience for any youngster.

Don't miss out on giving your child an affordable, unique experience that promises to be a special part of their lives.
